Shipping policy
At RedSpec, we aim to deliver your order with speed, clarity, and care. Below is our current domestic shipping policy.
Shipping Within the U.S.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders placed by 12PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM ET will ship the following business day.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may vary slightly.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum required.
Transit Time
Standard shipping typically delivers within 4–12 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please note: transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment status at any time through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please wait 24 hours—carriers may mark items delivered before arrival.
