Refund policy
We accept returns on unworn, unused glasses within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and are subject to inspection.
To start a return, visit https://account.redspec.co/. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn and unused
- Include original packaging and proof of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
